In the heart of Turin, overlooking Piazza Castello-the true historical, cultural, and artistic center of the city-this magnificent apartment is located within the prestigious Palazzo Nomis di Pollone. Situated on the piano nobile, the apartment enjoys an exceptional position with a view over the square, and stands out for its high architectural value, thanks to the presence of precious original features that enhance its period charm. A meticulous restoration has successfully combined respect for history with contemporary living: the spaces have been redesigned in an open-plan layout, while preserving the splendid 18th-century sala nobile. At the heart of the home, this 60 sqm (645 sq ft) room facing Piazza Castello retains its original wood paneling, a ceiling adorned with 24-carat gold leaf, and an 18th-century inlaid cherry and walnut parquet floor. A bright hallway connects the rooms, enhanced by large openings that amplify light and the sense of space. The kitchen, elegant and functional, overlooks the inner courtyard and provides access to the balcony. Next, the bedroom, also overlooking the courtyard, offers privacy and tranquility. The interior pathway continues to the service area, where a spacious and practical walk-in closet leads to a well-appointed and comfortable bathroom, designed as a private and intimate space. Completing the property is the presence of a resident concierge, ensuring a high level of security.
